Terms of service (이용약관)

These terms govern the use of this website and the consultation sessions offered by NodePipeline Financial Planning. The provider is NodePipeline Financial Planning Co., Ltd., business registration number 110-86-76437, mail-order report number 제2026-서울마포-0148호, representative Kim Min-jun (김민준), located at Yanghwa-ro 214, Mapo-gu, Seoul.

<h2>1. The service</h2>
<p>The service is individual financial-planning consultation sessions focused on career-transition and variable-income planning. Sessions are sold one at a time. There is no membership scheme, no required package, no automatic renewal, and no commission-bearing product sold inside a session.</p>

<h2>2. Booking and confirmation</h2>
<p>A session is booked through the contact form or by direct email. A session is confirmed only when we reply to confirm a date and time. The first email exchange — to see whether a session suits you — is free of charge.</p>

<h2>3. Fees</h2>
<p>The fee, credentials, and commercial terms named here are proposed and pending business confirmation. This site collects no payment; the terms for a confirmed session are set out in the confirmation email.</p>

<h2>4. What you provide</h2>
<p>You agree to provide accurate information about your situation. A session works only with your real numbers; estimates are acceptable, but presented as estimates. You are responsible for decisions made on the basis of a session. The written summary is advice for your situation, not a binding instruction.</p>

<h2>5. What the service is not</h2>
<p>The service does not sell investment products, insurance, or savings plans on commission. It does not provide tax filings, legal representation, or dispute handling. Where a situation requires a licensed tax accountant or lawyer, the session will say so plainly and will not substitute for that work. No guarantee of investment return is made or implied.</p>

<h2>6. Cancellation, rescheduling, and refunds</h2>
<p>Cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, and refund rules are set out in full on the <a href="{{ "refund/" | relURL }}">refund page</a>. In summary, a session may be rescheduled or cancelled without charge with at least 24 hours' notice; later cancellations and no-shows are handled per that page.</p>

<h2>7. Website use</h2>
<p>You may use this site to read, to send an inquiry, and to book a session. You may not attempt to disrupt the form handler, overload the server, or use the site to send unsolicited messages. The site carries no advertising and no third-party tracking.</p>

<h2>8. Intellectual property</h2>
<p>Written summaries delivered to you are yours to keep. The text of this site, its layout, and its visual design remain with the provider. Photographs on this site are used under their respective open licenses noted in our private build record.</p>

<h2>9. Changes to terms</h2>
<p>If these terms change, the updated text is posted on this page before the change takes effect; the date below moves with it. Sessions already booked continue on the terms in force at booking.</p>
