<h2>1. Eligibility</h2>
<p>A consultation session is eligible for a full refund if it is cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice before the booked start time. Sessions are individual consultation meetings; once a session has begun, the time has been spent and the fee is not refundable.</p>

<h2>3. Rescheduling</h2>
<p>Rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours' notice. One reschedule is allowed per session at shorter notice, subject to availability. A second short-notice reschedule is treated as a cancellation and a new booking.</p>

<h2>4. Deposits</h2>
<p>No deposit is taken. The full session fee is confirmed and collected per the terms in the confirmation email, not through this website.</p>

<h2>5. Work already started</h2>
<p>If a session has started, the fee is not refundable, because the consultation time has been delivered. The written summary that follows a session is delivered regardless of whether you later request a refund.</p>

<h2>6. Refund method and processing time</h2>
<p>Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within seven business days. Where a refund cannot be returned to the original method, an equivalent bank transfer is arranged.</p>

<h2>7. Non-refundable items</h2>
<p>The first email exchange, to see whether a session is the right fit, is free, so there is nothing to refund. Once a session is booked and confirmed, the only non-refundable case is a session that has already begun or a no-show.</p>
